Detection Services

A spike in water usage on a property may not always be easily identifiable. Spikes may be seen in a sudden increase during one month’s water bill or can gradually build over time. You may or may not know where the issue is located. Either way, you know that your bills are higher than you think they should be, and you want to find a solution.

Through our leak surveys and usage monitoring, we can effectively identify usage abnormalities whether interior or exterior to support efficient repair of any issues.

Leak Survey

  • Walk of the exterior premises of the property for identification of potential underground leaks;

Unit Leak Survey

Usage Monitoring
